Following the success of the band’s 2020 debut album Everything Changes, Vistas have returned with their first piece of new material ‘Start Again’.

The feel-good indie pop record peaked at 21 in the official UK albums chart and the Edinburgh four-piece enjoyed a glorious three year spell of live shows, festivals and more.

‘Start Again’ is a huge statement of intent from Vistas. The track is a bold, booming track with soaring vocals, yet keeping in tune with the classic Vistas sound. It takes to new heights as a summer-ready anthem that sets a precedent for the band with another massive year ahead of them.

Speaking about ‘Start Again’, frontman Prentice Robertson said: “‘Start Again’ was one of the first songs I wrote after I took a bit of time off from writing.

“It is essentially a song about having writer’s block and the feelings that come along with worrying where your next idea is going to come from.

“I think getting this song down really helped to unstick any writer’s block I was having and oiled the wheels of everything that would follow on from this track.”

This autumn will also see Vistas head out on their biggest UK headline tour to date (rescheduled from autumn 2020), including huge shows at London’s Heaven and Glasgow’s Barrowlands. The full list of dates can be found below, and tickets are on sale now.
