York-based five-piece Pavilion have shared atmospheric alt-indie anthem ‘Vivre Sa Vie’.

The band said: “The song was written roughly a year and a half ago in the garage of our keyboard players house (our old practice room) and it came together after jamming some random chords.

“Lyrically it was written after looking through Anna Karina’s work and stealing the title of the popular film ‘Vivre Sa Vie,’ hence the French theme throughout.

“We recorded the song in June of 2020 at Young Thugs Studios and it was later mastered by Pete Maher. We recorded the B side – ‘Deaths Kiss’ – a couple of months later which was again recorded at Young Thugs Studios and mastered by Pete Maher.”
