London post-punk outfit Italia 90 have dropped new single ‘Borderline’, with a 7inch vinyl version also announced for April 16th via Brace Yourself Records.
It’s the four-pieces first new music since 2019 EP ‘Italia 90 III’, and the band are back with a bang with ‘Borderline’, as it rises and falls across four minutes of urgent post-punk.
The band explained: “‘Borderline’ takes aim at the failed third-way ideology that led to our present political moment. ‘the thing you created/is the thing you have hated’ takes to task the hegemonic establishment for its complicity in the very brutality it claims to speak against.”
