By Throughout the year we strive to discover new emerging talent within the music industry. With a mini-music revolution taking part, bands are constantly forming up and down the country with new and innovative ideas and takes on the current music norms. With 2016 drawing to a close we are going to be nominating 10 bands who we feel are our greatest discoveries.
Throughout 2016 we started a new feature called Artist Spotlight. BDRMM actually took the first spotlight after gaining attention by many of us at ICM. ‘Everything’ is his latest track and offers a hazy, drawing and chill-wave feel.
Having already been described to the likes of bands such as Blood Orange and Beach Fossils, BDRMM is already working his way up the indie charts. His sound can only be described as serene and dreamy with hints of psych and orchestral elements as well.
‘Everything’ is the lead single from EP ‘CRIKE’ . The entire EP takes you on a journey. His music makes you feel like you’re floating through another world in a serene yet fun way. We would highly recommend keeping an eye on BDRMM, as we have a strong feeling he will get his chance to burst on to the indie scene, as his sound is unique and uncommon, but so easy on the ears and the mind.
