sam and sounds releases indie pop anthem 'Silly'

Sam and Sounds drops stunning feel-good anthem ‘Silly’

Rising indie singer-songwriter Sam and Sounds kicks off the new year with stunning single ‘SIlly’.

Hotly tipped as an ICM Ones To Watch 2021 artist, Sam and Sounds is showing how serious he is with every release.

He’s writing mature indie pop anthems that immerse you in with emotion, fizzing energy and it’s undeniably infectious.

‘Silly’ is a feel-good chart-topper which sees Sam at the top of his game as he wrote the song about his girlfriend.

“Releasing it in Lockdown 3, seems quite appropriate,” said Sam. “Honestly this is just my overly dramatic artistic way of telling my girlfriend that I miss her and love here.

“I’m a bit wet – but I own it!!”

The young, emerging artist took 2020 by storm with releases including ‘Cloud 9’ and ‘In Time, She’s Mine’. As well as this he was nominated as a Greatest Discovery at the ICM Awards last month and featured in the Sounds of 2020 Playlist.

Sam and Sounds’ tunes have hit over 1.3 million combined streams and with a whopping 48,000 monthly listeners, this seriously talented young artist is only set to get bigger.

Camens return with indie rock belter ‘Poltergeist’

Back when times were much simpler, indie rockers Camens were sneaking into festivals and performing pop-up gigs wherever they could. Now, two years later, they’re back with their latest single ‘Poltergeist’.  The Stoke-on-Trent outfit are leaving behind the button bright indie-pop of their formative years in favour of something altogether darker, more mature and certainly more frenetic. As a result, ‘Poltergeist’ is a razor-sharp indie rock number suggests the gap between releases hasn’t been spent in vain. Following up on 2020’s ‘Leave Me In Pieces, the band are shifting in a new direction with their own brand of idiosyncratic indie.
