By Buckinghamshire born The Japanese House (aka Amber Bain) is back with new single ‘Face Like Thunder’ from her forthcoming third EP ‘Swim Against The Tide’ which is set for release under the label Dirty Hit on 11th November.
The beautiful experimental pop sound dazzles throughout the entirety of the track to create a lively accented yet achingly toned mini layered masterpiece that you instantly fall in love with. The artistry of the track contrasts well with the title that’s based around an idiom of anger and the permeated theme of heartbreak and regret. The track, that was co-produced by The 1975’s George Daniel, gives light to the boundless capabilities that The Japanese House has and provides a true reflection of her cemented signature sound thus far.
