Brooklyn-based psych-rockers, ZEBEDEE, share their new 70s garage rock and psych rock EP ‘Fancy Seeing You Here’.

ZEBEDEE’s lineup of musicians; Zebedee Row (Guitar/Vocals), Victor De La Garza (Drums), Michael Benham (Bass), Kelsey Van Mook (Guitar) and Stephen Chen (Baritone Sax), recorded the EP across borders from Brooklyn to Mexico City, led by studio manager and engineer, Rafael Durand in Mexico City.

‘Fancy Seeing You Here’ was then taken to Erin Tonkon, a young, passionate, Brooklyn-based producer/mixer who studied under Tony Visconti/worked on David Bowie, who added her keen ear to implement some original idea’s to help elevate the single. The next stop was Electric Blue Studios in Park Slope for mastering, where the tracks were delicately worked by Brian Wenckebach.

Originally from Australia and now based in Brooklyn, frontman Zebedee Row might be a familiar face from his acting career, especially from his role as Robert Plant in HBO’s series VINYL. He also recently played Dua Lipa’s love interest at the dive bar in her official video for “Don’t Start Now.”

ZEBEDEE has stepped up to champion artists during this time of cancelled shows and tours, and says, “the pandemic and its impact on the music community aren’t over, so today (May 8th), as well as on June 5th, and July 3rd, we’re waiving our revenue share for all sales on Bandcamp, from midnight to midnight PDT on each day.”
