Canadian musician Yung Heazy drops music video for ‘Girl, I’ll Take U Anywhere’

Making waves through the Canadian music scene is Yung Heazy who shares a music video for his 2017 single ‘Girl, I’ll Take U Anywhere’.

The Vancouver bedroom pop star employs the help of Larry Enticer, a fellow Canadian and social media legend, for the single which featured on his debut album Whenever You’re Around I Hate Everything Less.

Drawing on influences from the likes of Mac Demarco and Rex Orange County, Yung Heazy has started to cement himself as one of the pillars of the emerging slacker pop scene. He even recently became Facebook verified.

The music video, which was directed by renowned filmmaker Haoyan Of America, captures Heazy’s tongue-in-cheek dark humour and psychedelic pop. His endearing lyricism and harmonies have been embraced by fans and critics alike. The world awaits what’s next from this exciting new talent.

Well, what’s actually next is Heazy’s new EP Lullabies on 30th August – that’s two weeks away! In the meantime, watch the music video below.
