The NonStick Pans blend melodic pop and 60s harmonies

Melodic pop-rockers The NonStick Pans – awesome name – need to be on your radar following the release of new single ‘Jennifer String’.

The band was formed in December 2018 by Peter Rugman, who grew up in Blackpool in a house brimming with eclectic music; from Rock n’ roll to Barbershop, from Gregorian Chant to Jazz.

After years of writing, performing and teaching himself to play any instrument he could get his hands on – he formed The NonStick Pans. The release of their debut album Nineteen Sixty Four quickly followed and was met with critical acclaim.

Whilst inspired a growing, devoted fan base who appreciate their blend of melodic, retro arrangements and tight, California-inspired harmonies of the 60s and 90s, The NonStick Pans are catchy as hell with superb lyrics that tell you a story that you want to know the words to.
