SWEETTALKER is on the tip of everyone’s tongues in Nashville as they release their debut EP ‘Paradise’.

The indie rock five-piece boasts infectious music and all-round good vibes. Their music is like one big party; encompassing a variety of different keys and wood instruments, SWEETTALKER have been travelling at lightning speed from their homes.

EP single ‘Far Away’ and ‘Goodbye’ each racked up over 100,000 views on Facebook as the band has won over brands, fans, and media.

Offering swirling harmonies, groovy riffs, horns, and string ensembles all contribute to an EP as dynamic as the genre of Rock ‘n’ Roll itself. It feels Queen-esque as opening singles ‘Tomorrow’ and ‘Goodbye’ set an uplifting mood to the EP before gradually getting grittier.

The heaviest track on the EP is ‘Born To Lose’ has a strong drum build and brings in electrifying guitars hot on its heels. The ending truly doesn’t get better than the contrast of strong guitar riffs and rolling drums into vocal harmonizing.

‘Paradise’ rounds off the EP in a soothing and relaxing ambience. The vocals are soft and sit behind the guitar and delicate drums.

Paradise was produced and mixed by Grammy-nominated producer Matt Goldman and co-produced by Joel Parks.

The EP was truly an act of indie love and was self-funded by the band, taking around two years to complete. SWEETTALKER make several nods to their eclectic list of influences throughout Paradise including such artists as Kacey Musgraves, Bruno Mars, and ELO to name a few.

Although releasing new music during a pandemic isn’t ideal for most artists, SWEETTALKER have broken down that barrier and become hit favourites.
