State of Green shares new found sub-genre of “loop rock”

Solo rock project State Of Green has released his debut single ‘Jolly Pusher’ as the artist shares his new found sub-genre of “loop rock”.

The Scottish musician based in Edinburgh, Scotland, combines groovy synths, distorted guitar, catchy melodies and soul-infused vocal, create State Of Greens signature sound.

The genre aims to maximise the sound that one person can perform live and replicate that as closely as possible on record. As the artist also links conservation into his work, 105 native trees were planted in Scotland to celebrate the release of ‘Jolly Pusher’.

To date, State Of Green has planted 105 trees and hopes to plant 50,000 over the next few years. Listening to the music actually plants trees ad 10% of the revenue through the music goes to planting trees.
