Modern Age Music Song of the Day: Weekend Recovery – ‘There’s A Sense’

Leeds three-piece Weekend Recovery are back with new track ‘There’s a sense’.

The release follows on from 2019 single ‘Going Nowhere’ which enjoyed mainstream radio support including Radio X and Kerrang.

The new cut showcases a different side of the band, with a hook-laden vocal from lead singer Lori and scuzzy garage rock guitars. They explain the single “is about facing your dark times even when on the outside the world believes you are happy.”
