Modern Age Music Song of the Day: The Academic – ‘Acting My Age’

Irish indie quartet The Academic have continued their rapid rise to notoriety with the release of six-track EP ‘Acting My Age’.

The final single, and title track, is a coming-of-age piece of summery guitar pop with lashings of early noughties indie.

Produced by Kaiser Chiefs’ Nick Hodgson, the new EP is out now via Capitol Records, with the band also announcing a full UK tour run for April 2021.
