Himalayas drop riff-filled anthem ‘Alone’

Cardiff quartet Himalayas are back again with quick firing rock anthem ‘Alone’.

As 2020 came to an abrupt halt for most people, Himalayas’ incredible trajectory was also put in jeopardy. Now Joe, Mike, Louis and James are now ready and raring to pick back up where they left off. This is the year we’ll see the rock outfit come roaring onto the road for some shows in no time.

‘Alone’ showcases frontman Joe Williams’ signature snarling and commanding vocals and the band’s hardcore rock ‘n’ roll attitude.

Joe has said of the track, “Alone is about the idea of being in a nightmare, but one that you don’t seem to want to wake up from. A continuous looping corridor of the unknown, where you’re crawling to find a way through.”

Produced by their longtime collaborator Steffan Pringle and mixed by GRAMMY Award winning producer, Dave Sardy (Royal Blood, Josh Homme, Rage Against The Machine), Himalayas have a moody visual to go hand-in-hand with their rock pedigree companions. The band are seen performing in front of a series of flashing lights, and a translucent screen showing several people fervently moving behind it.
