Fuzzy Sun share bittersweet single ‘A Modern Kind Of Blue’

Fuzzy Sun

Returning with their second release of the year, Fuzzy Sun grace us with ‘A Modern Kind Of Blue’ a seemingly unstoppable indie pop track.

The Stockport, slink-pop five-piece paint on sunny smiles and spin the dusty glitterball of defiance with the release of the bittersweet track and their new cut comes with a B-Side ‘Sorry Honey’. The song is a groovy and rhythmic track entices you in with those jaw-dropping hooks.

Since being hotly tipped as a Ones To Watch 2020 artist, Fuzzy Sun are holding out to play some of their biggest shows to date, including a Manchester homecoming at city’s Academy 2. Whilst in a haze of creativity, the band surprise release of recent single, ‘Warm Nights,’ with B-side, ‘Don’t Play The Fool,’ keeping theirs and fans’ spirits high in testing times.

Despite curtailed springtime plans to hit the road and their current, imposed separation, Fuzzy Sun’s 2020 started explosively, touring with Inhaler through February and March, taking in six towns and cities across Europe. Ready to pack up and do it all again at a moment’s notice, Fuzzy Sun’s next feel-good live performances must instead contribute to the soundtrack of a resurgent, UK live music scene this autumn.
