Crystal Tides are back on top form with ‘Honey’

Portsmouth’s favourite indie rock ‘n’ rollers Crystal Tides make a grand return with new single ‘Honey’.

Following up on the success of the band’s debut EP ‘Eat Your Words’, bigger and better things are on the horizon for this young outfit.

‘Honey’ is an explosive anthem from the get-go with frontman Billy Gregory’s voice front and centre stage. The track’s catchy pop-punk beat is unbeatable alongside their trademark feel-good melodies.

Speaking on the track, Billy comments: “‘Honey’ is a story of how one of our members found himself in a tight situation in his relationship when reconnecting with an old friend and opening himself up to feelings he didn’t know he had.

“This old friend was the very essence of unsafe communication and this song explores his feelings. Late nights going too far with him knowing he shouldn’t respond but couldn’t stop himself.

“It comes to a head when the realisation that the situation could get out of hand in a second and perhaps, he had gone too deep.”

Since signing to Run On Records and Modern Sky UK last month, Crystal Tides haven’t wasted any time getting themselves on tour posters and summer festival stages. 2022 is shaping up to be a busy year.
